The EAZA (European Association of Zoos and Aquaria) campaign for 2009-10 will include European birds of prey. Submissions are invited for suitable projects but it must be a threatened species (within Europe) and it must occur within the boundaries of Europe (i.e the conventional boundaries of the continent)
The projects are considered by a panel and some selected for funding. Basically funding is not guaranteed, for selected projects. EAZA can estimate how much money might come in but cannot fund until sure of the revenue, so please take this into account when considering the time-frame of your project.
